HYROX Training Brisbane — Complete Beginner's Guide
HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness competition — and for good reason. It's simple, it's brutally effective, and anyone can do it.
What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a standardised fitness race. You complete 1km of running, then one functional station, and repeat that eight times. The eight stations are:
SkiErg (1km)
Sled Push (50m)
Sled Pull (50m)
Burpee Broad Jumps (80m)
Rowing Machine (1km)
Farmer's Carry (200m)
Sandbag Lunges (100m)
Wall Balls (75 reps — 6kg/9kg women, 9kg/6m men, 10ft/9ft target height)
Finish all eight rounds and you've completed a HYROX race. Your time is your score. You're racing your own clock.
