Can anyone try out a class?

Of course. Our classes cater to all fitness and skill levels, from absolute beginner to professional athlete. You can jump straight in, or watch a class if you’re curious.

What kind of equipment do I need?

For fitness classes, all you need is comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting sweaty in, and a pair of shoes you can run in. For martial arts classes, we recommend a mouthguard. For Boxing and Muay Thai classes, boxing gloves are recommended, but don’t worry if you don’t have any, as we have plenty of gear to loan to beginners. Bring a water bottle, too!

Do I have to be in shape to start training?

No! Our classes will get you in shape, not the other way around.

Is there any sort of etiquette I should be aware of?

For martial arts, please bring a pair of thongs, and keep your fingernails and toenails clipped short. Always train in clean clothes to make life more pleasant for others. Aggressive or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated.
