Snatch Pull – 6 x 3 @ 90%
Snatch – 8 x 2 @ 70%
Power Snatch – 3 x 3 @ 70%
 
Sots Press – 3 x 3
Muscle Snatch – 5 x 1
Overhead Squat – 3 x 5 @ 40%, 3sec pause in the bottom
DB Shoulder press – 3 x 10 Light weight
