Snatch – 5 x 4 @ 70%
Power Snatch – 5 x 4 @ 70%
Sots Press – 3 x 3
Muscle Snatch – 3 x 3
Overhead Squat – 3 x 5 @ 40%, 3sec pause in the bottom
DB Shoulder press – 2 x 10 Light weight
