Olympic lifting: Week 1
 
Snatch – 3 x 4 Paused 3sec above the knee @ 40%
Snatch grip deadlift – 3 x 10 @ 40%
 
Core Work – Strict GHD’s half way straight legs 3 x 10
– Strict Leg Raises hand from bar 3 x 10
– Goblet Sumo Squat with Kettle bell 3 x 10
 
Extras
– Good Mornings with Barbell 2 x 12
– Back Extensions 2 x 10
 
Overhead Squat – 4 x 6 Light weight, working on movement pattern and depth
 
Behind the neck Strict Press – 4 x 5 @ 60%
