ODD – Snatch Complex (snatch pull, hang snatch, overhead squat)
EVEN – 30 sec max double unders
 
Conditioning – 12 min AMRAP Ascending Ladder
5 Cleans (35/50)
5 Pull ups
5 Thrusters
5 Burpee over bar
 
Continue up the ladder by adding 5 reps each round
