Drop Snatch – 4 x 3 (Bar or light weight)
Snatch – 4 x 1 @ 95%
Snatch Pull – 3 x 3 @ 120%
Hang Squat Snatch – 4 x 3 @ 80%
Overhead Squats – 4 x 3 @ 90%
