Increase RPE to 8-9
Drop Snatch – 5 x 5 (Bar or light weight)
Snatch – 5 x 1 @ 90%, precision
Snatch Pull – 3 x 3 @ 115%
Hang Squat Snatch – 5 x 2 @ 70%
Overhead Squats – 4 x 2 @ 85%
Muscle Snatch – 3 x 3 @ 30% (if too light go up in weight)
Sots Press – 3 x 3 (Bar or light weight)
