Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is built around the concept that a smaller, weaker individual can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using superior leverage and technique. The most notable feature of BJJ is that a practitioner will first take their opponent to the ground, before applying a finishing joint lock or choke.
The BJJ & Grappling program at Gamebred Academy is programmed by experienced coaches, who also have experience in sport Jiu Jitsu and the application of BJJ in mixed martial arts.
