At Gamebred Academy, our Kids MMA programs are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and highly effective. Whether your child is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, our Brisbane Kids Martial Arts lessons help develop focus, respect, teamwork, and physical fitness. With positive coaching and structured progress, kids gain valuable life skills while having a great time on the mats.




Our Kids MMA classes in Eagle Farm are carefully structured to ensure children learn martial arts techniques in a safe and encouraging environment. Classes blend basic striking, grappling, movement drills, and fitness exercises in a way that keeps kids active and engaged.
Beginners are introduced to fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, simple takedowns, and controlled movements. As children progress, they develop improved technique, confidence, and discipline while learning how to work respectfully with training partners.
Safety is our top priority. Coaches closely supervise every session, teaching proper form and control to prevent injuries. Protective equipment is used where appropriate, and drills are designed to suit each child’s age and ability level.
