Our CrossFit classes in Eagle Farm are structured to challenge your body while remaining accessible for beginners. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength component, and a workout of the day (WOD) that pushes your limits and delivers measurable progress.
You’ll train using a combination of bodyweight exercises, barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and cardio movements. Workouts focus on functional strength. The kind that improves daily life while enhancing athletic performance. Every movement can be scaled to suit your fitness level, making CrossFit training suitable for complete beginners through to advanced athletes.
